Project Summary
The current reporting solutions provided by the Whispir product suite are flaky, inconsistent and siloed. Meanwhile, users need an intuitive way to create reports that suit their business use.
To facilitate this, we propose implementing an MVP design that focuses on establishing a robust and scalable foundation for the product, providing users with the ability to easily access and download the new reports (such as outbound message reports and message summary reports) through a user-friendly interface. It addresses the ongoing challenges and reduces the number of support tickets related to customer enquiries.

I designed the experience to address the following user needs:
I want to create a report that contains relevant data, so that I can assess the messages/campaign performance
